Do interruptions occur in the music on the Tunify web player when using your Chrome or Edge browser?

This malfunction is due to an update of Chrome (119.0.6045.123) and Edge (119.0.2151.58) on 7 November. This may lead to interruptions in the music on the Tunify web player.

Solution

Make sure you update to the latest version of Chrome or Edge

OPTION 1: Use the desktop app via your computer or laptop

OPTION 2: Switch to the Tunify app for your smartphone or tablet

To link the app to your subscription, you need to enter your player code once.

You can find your player code by:

  1. Click on 'Subscriptions' in the left-hand column

  2. Click on "Player code" next to the zone

Please note: the player code is only valid for 1 hour.
