The automatic renewal of my subscription failed. What do I do now?

Did your automatic payment fail? Then you need to deactivate automatic renewal on your account so that you can try again to pay with a different card.

To turn off auto-renewal, please follow these steps:

2. Go to "Music" and click on "Subscriptions".

3. Press the pencil next to the zone name

4. Scroll down and click on the On/Off checkmark for "Auto-renew".

You can then renew your subscription in the same way: go via "Music" to "Subscriptions" and click on "Renew".
