Do you play commercial music?
Then you’ll need a “public performance” right license with your local collection societies. As the business manager, you always request these licenses yourself, whether you are using CDs, the radio or a Tunify subscription.
Do you play royalty-free music?

However, in some countries public performance rights and other rights may be mandatorily handled by collecting societies, giving them the obligation to collect fees. In such cases, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses. Contact the performance rights organization of your country for more information."
